Online Booking Procedure
  • To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
  • As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
  • You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
  • We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy. 
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken..
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • You will be kept informed at every step of the process like:
    • When your visa is successfully done.
    • Your hotel rooms are booked.
    • Your Flights are confirmed.
    • Any other inclusion in the package.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will deliver the package to your door steps.

Important Information

  • Guidelines for Travelers arriving in Uttarakhand:-
    Uttarakhand lifts all travel restrictions and tourists will no longer need to produce Covid-negative certificates to travel to this Himalayan state. Prior to their travel, tourists just need to register themselves on http://smartcitydehradun.uk.gov.in

  • Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.
  • Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
  • Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed.
  • All the guests are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original & a photocopy to be produced & handed over at the time of Check In at the Hotel / Resort. This is mandatory.

Terms & Conditions

  • 100% Advance amount to be deposited by the guest to Confirm the hotel reservation.
  • Please provide government issued id’s to process the reservation.
  • Hotel vouchers will be delivered on the email and on the given Whatsapp number of the booked guest.
  • The guest must carry confirmed hotel voucher at the time of Check in at hotel.
  • Check in time is 1400 hours and Check out time is 1100 hours.
  • Buffet services are unavailable in the hotel restaurants.
  • Fixed / chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.
  • At hotel entrance guest will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya setu app. Normal body temperature and a green status on your Aarogya setu app is mandatory to enter in the hotel.
  • Guests showing any Covid symptoms will be denied entry inside the hotel. In such cases applied cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the booked hotel.
  • All the guests are requested to follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
  • We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like Hotels, etc. unless they refund us in our Bank account.
  • This is quote only and we are not holding any confirmed reservation in any hotel and resort. The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date, than entire advance amount is refundable to you.
  • We have made all possible efforts to make Hotel related information as authentic as possible. We hold no responsibility if any of the information is found to be incorrect / changed. We solicit discretion of the customer before finalizing the Hotel.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation is made anytime before 10 days prior to departure, No charges applicable.
  • If cancellation is made 7 to 10 days prior to departure, 50% of the cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made within 7 days prior to departure, 100% of the cost shall be deducted.
  • In addition to the above, our Service charge of 5% of the package amount or Rs. 1,000/- whichever is higher will be applicable against every cancellation request.
