  • Any service not mentioned in inclusions

  • The payments for additional services taken at the hotel are to be settled directly at the hotel

  • Any expenses incurred due to medical emergencies, cancellation of flights, changes in flight timings, unexpected lockdown, natural calamity, civil unrest, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, who is directly payable on the spot).

Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival – Agatti – Kavaratti

On arrival at Agatti airport, our representative will receive you at the airport and transfer you to the embarkation point by vehicle, Later transfer to Kavaratti island. Reaching Kavaratti island in the afternoon, check in to the room and relax.


Overnight stay at resort.

Day 2: Kavaratti

Morning after breakfast proceed for sightseeing to the Marine Museum, Light house, De-salination plant etc. After lunch, engage in water activities (optional), enjoy at the beach in the evening and later back to room and relax cherishing the days memories.


Overnight stay at Agatti.

Day 3: Kavaratti – Agatti – Kalpitty – Agatti

Morning breakfast at Resort. Later our representative will transfer you to boat jetty for onward transfer to Agatti island by Boat. The sea journey will take 2.30 hours. On arrival at Agatti jetty our representative will receive you and transfer to our home stay. After fresh up proceed for Agatti island sightseeing which include - Public Library, anthropological museum, South beach, Eastern jetty (ship embarkation and de embarkation point), NIOT sea water de-salination Plant etc.


After lunch half day excursion to Kalpitty Island, a small uninhabited island lying in the southern tip of Agatti, with a well experienced tour guide. Tour by a Private Boat from Agatti is 30 Mints journey. Trip provides beautiful sandy beaches and swimming with turtles, snorkel in blue shallow water. Sightseeing by walking down the beaches, evening return back to Agatti, relax in room, dinner will be serve at 8:30 PM.


Overnight stay at Agatti. (Kalpitty trip is paid activity at extra cost)

Day 4: Agatti – Bangaram – Thinnakara – Agatti

Morning after breakfast, proceed to Bangaram Island. On arrival at Bangaram Island, witness the mesmerizing blue sea, silver beaches, crystal clear water, a stretching canopy of palms, glittering coral reefs and all those things you expect from a perfect holiday gateway is offered by Bangaram Island. You can have the water sports activities, beach games, or simply taking sunbath under warm sunrays. No calls can disturb your schedule once you land on this heaven. After lunch (packed lunch will be provided), proceed to reach Thinnakara. After sightseeing back to Agatti relax in room, dinner will be served at 8:30 PM.

Day 5: Depart from Agatti

Today Morning after breakfast we will drop you at Agatti airport.


Important Information

Cost include airfare Delhi-Cochin-Delhi Rs.14000/- per person & Cochin-Agatti-Cochin Rs.11,000/- Per Person Total Rs.25,000/-. The customer needs to pay the difference if any at the time of booking.

  • This is quote only and we are not holding any confirmed reservation either in the airline or in hotel. The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount.
  • Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.
  • The cost is not applicable for the Single travelling passenger.
  • Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
  • Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 yrs. of age with one extra bed.
  • Due to COVID-19 Guidelines few of the services are not operational in hotel.
  • If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire advance amount is refundable to you. Flight tickets are issued on the basis of minimum available fare.
  • If the flight is late in the evening, the guest has to check out from the hotel at 11 am or at the time specified by the hotel.
  • We have made all possible efforts to make hotel related information as authentic as possible.
  • We hold no responsibility if any of the information is found to be incorrect/changed.
  • We solicit the discretion of the customer before finalizing the hotel.

1.      100% advance amount to be deposited by the guest to confirm the hotel reservation.

2.      Please provide government issued ids to process the reservation.

3.      Hotel vouchers are delivered in the email and in the given WhatsApp number of the booked guest.

4.      The guest must carry confirmed hotel voucher at the time of check in at hotel.

5.      Check in time is 1400 hrs and check out time is 1100 hrs.

6.      Swimming pools, spa, gymnasiums are closed till date.

7.      Buffet services are unavailable in the hotel restaurants.

8.      Fixed /chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.

9.      At hotel entrance guest will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of aarogya setu app. Normal body temperature and a green status on your aarogya setu app is mandatory to enter in the hotel.

10.   Guests showing any covid symptoms will be denied entry inside the hotel. In such cases applied cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the booked hotel.

11.   All the guests are requested to follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.

12.   If due to pandemic the tour cannot be availed altogether then our liability will be limited to refund of tour money after deducting 5% of the tour costs and amount spent towards the booked services which is held up with service providers. One the tour commences there shall be no refund.

13.   We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like airlines, hotels etc unless they refund us in our bank account.

Online Booking Procedure

  • To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
  • As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
  • You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
  • We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.

  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,

    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
