1. Our cost is based on base category rooms. If room upgradation is needed, supplement cost will be applicable.
2. Minimum 04 pax are required to operate the trip on above mentioned tour cost. The supplement cost for operating a trip with minimum 02 pax would be INR 2,500/- per person EXTRA on mentioned tour prices.
3. Govt. ID with address proof is compulsory to carry during the drive/ train journey and to stay at hotel.
4. AC will not work in hill stations and vehicles may or may not have power windows.
5. The vehicle will not go to mall Road as per government norms.
6. The vehicle is as per itinerary and not on disposal. Additional sightseeing or transfer which is not mentioned in the itinerary is payable extra.
7. The company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the tour.
8. Some hotels charge extras for using heaters, it will be payable directly at the hotel.
9. All sightseeing timings are subject to local road and traffic conditions.
10. The transportation/ hotel cost is subject to change and charge extra on the tour cost, if there will be hike in the rates of fuel prices or increase in hotel rates due to changes in the Govt taxes.
11. A service of cab and driver would be available and provided as per the itinerary, not for at disposal.
12. No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized.
13. All buffet meal or room service will be provided as per hotel policy.
14. Package cost NOT VALID on blackout dates / Peak Travel dates / Long weekends/ Diwali dates / Christmas eve, New year dates, Holi, Festival dates.
15. The payments for additional service/ extra meals taken at hotel are to be settled directly at there.
16. Early Check-in and late Check out room not included in the tour cost and subject to availability.
Remarks
- The cost is not applicable for the Single travelling passenger.
- Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
- Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 yrs. of age with one extra bed.
- Due to Covid Guidelines few of the services are not operational in hotel.

The booking is processed after receiving the Advance amount along with Government issued ID’s. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire Advance amount is refundable to you.
- The guest must carry confirmed hotel voucher at the time of Check in at hotel.
- At hotel entrance guest will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya setu app. Normal body temperature and a green status on your Aarogya setu app is mandatory to enter in the hotel.
- Guests showing any Covid symptoms will be denied entry inside the hotel. In such cases applied cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the booked hotel.
- All the guests are requested to follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
- Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel.
- The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
- In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
- The Standard check in time of the hotel is 2 PM & check out time of the hotel is 11 AM (exact timings may be reconfirmed with the hotel directly).
- For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
- Buffet services are unavailable in the hotel restaurants.
- Fixed / chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.
- Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
- Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
- The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
- Due to Covid Guidelines few of the Services like- Swimming pool, Spa & Gymnasium, etc. are not operational in the Hotel.
- Proper swim wears are necessary to avail the Swimming pool facility (if available).
- Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
- Mini bar facility (if available) in the hotels is on chargeable basis.
- It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. Child above 11 years shall be considered for an adult cost.
- This hotel is suggested on the basis of the feedback taken from our customers. Still we request you that before finalizing the tour with us kindly go through the website of the hotels and read the reviews.
- We have made all possible efforts to make Hotel related information as authentic as possible. We hold no responsibility if any of the information is found to be incorrect / changed. We solicit discretion of the customer before finalizing the Hotel.
- If due to pandemic the tour cannot be availed altogether then our liability will be limited to refund of tour money after deducting 5% of the tour costs and amount spent towards the booked services which is held up with service providers. Once the tour commences there shall be no refund.
- We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service provider like Hotels, etc. unless they refund us in our Bank account.
Important Information:
In view of the COVID-19 situation, different state governments have laid out their respective protocols for passengers coming to their states as visitors/tourists. Before you travel, make sure to read and understand the complete guidelines of the city/state you are travelling to, especially whether there is a mandatory requirement for RT-PCR test. Please comply with the same so your travel plans are not affected. Kindly go through the government guide/website for state-wise regulations. State regulations are subject to change, please also visit the state government official websites for updates.

Cancellation Policy:
- Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation: 100% of the package amount.
- If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to date of travel: 20% of total package cost + cancellation charges of Hotel shall be deducted.
- If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to date of travel: 30% of total package cost + cancellation charges of Hotel shall be deducted.
- If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to date of travel: 50% of total package cost + cancellation charges of Hotel shall be deducted.
- If cancellation is made 15 to 10 days prior to date of travel: 75% of total package cost + cancellation charges of Hotel shall be deducted.
- If cancellation is made within 10 days prior to date of travel, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
- In case passenger is denied entry to Hotel due to health condition than entire package amount shall be forfeited. Request to change the date will be considered as new booking only.
Online Booking Procedure
- To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
- As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
- You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
- We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
- The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
- If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
- You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
- Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
- If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
- You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
- Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
- Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
- If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
- You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
- Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
- Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
- If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
- You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
- No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
- Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.
